Geo Apartments
Served as Owner's Representative and Construction Manager for a 239-unit mixed-use ground-up construction project for an investment company based in Mexico. We identified the site, negotiated the purchase, designed and permitted the project, hired the general contractor, obtained construction financing, and completed the project.
