As the Chief Financial Officer of The Polygon Group, he oversaw the development, financing, and construction of thousands of single family homes, condominiums and apartments in California, Arizona, Oregon and Washington. As the President of The Fortune Group, he oversaw the development and construction and disposition of thousands of apartments and mixed use projects. He has been personally involved in the development of over $1billion of residential real estate. Since retiring, Mr. Raabe is a private real estate investor and consultant.
